Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigations as per federal, state, local laws.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while enforcing access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and maintain visibility.
• Report unusual activity and security concerns to leadership.
