Tag Systems USA in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Part-Time 3rd Shift Personalization Machine Operator to work 9:30 PM–6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. No experience required—paid training is provided, and you’ll learn to operate personalization and production equipment while helping ensure high-quality, secure products.

This hands-on role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• No prior machine operating or manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Basic math and computer skills helpful.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Operate personalization and production machinery following safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare materials and work areas for production.
• Transfer materials between workstations.
• Monitor equipment to ensure accurate work.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Complete job audit logs and production documentation accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Communicate production or quality concerns to team members.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
