Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ability to recognize deviations from specifications and operate independently within established procedures.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, analyzing charts, following diagrams, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine setup, operation, and minor maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Control and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect in-process parts to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product issues.
• Document quality, safety, and maintenance activities accurately.
