Tag Systems USA is seeking a part-time Third Shift Personalization Machine Operator in Eatontown, NJ. The role runs 3 nights per week from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM with potential overtime.

Responsibilities include setting up the shift, operating machinery, moving materials, logging audits, and performing quality inspections. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, sick days, holidays, training opportunities, and a consistent overnight schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Basic arithmetic skills and general computer literacy.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Situational awareness and ability to work in a secure environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in work performed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work area at shift start and review daily requirements.
• Operate production machinery per procedures and transfer materials between stations.
• Maintain accurate job audit logs and conduct quality inspections.
• Assist with inventory counts and perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols and follow established processes.
• Respond to duties assigned by supervisor.
