As an Access Control Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial site, you will support a secure environment, respond to incidents, and collaborate with the team to maintain safety and operations during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor and control access points for a manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and managing entry.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, perimeters, parking areas, and other locations to identify unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding access-control activity and shift handoffs.
