LAZ Parking is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to greet parkers, manage entry and exit, and support revenue control for multiple lots. The role requires a friendly, independent worker with strong communication and basic data entry skills. Training is provided, and uniform is supplied.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons and provide premier customer service.
• Assist guests with parking directions and general information.
• Operate and maintain parking equipment and signage.
• Issue parking violation notices when needed and report issues.
• Complete data entry and monthly accounts in the revenue system.
• Maintain uniform, punctuality, and professional conduct.
