Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Package Handler to load, unload, and sort freight accurately and efficiently to ensure quick delivery. The position involves physical work, overtime, and working Monday–Friday with an 12:00AM start.

Starting pay is $18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience, with overtime paid time and a half after 40 hours. Benefits include health and dental insurance, PTO, 401(k), bonuses, and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older at hire.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort freight accurately.
• Scan package labels during unloading.
• Sort packages by zip code, city, or state.
• Stack freight in trailers to maximize space and prevent damage.
• Wash fleet vehicles and perform light custodial duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
