Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) is seeking a dedicated Order Selector for overnight shifts in Washington. You will pull customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse, palletize products, and move materials with an electric pallet jack.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to HACCP/SQF policies. The position operates on a 4x10s schedule with extended shifts as needed, and offers shift differentials for overnight and weekends, plus a freezer premium.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20 to 90+ degrees.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends; long-term schedules provided during training.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Select various grocery, perishable, frozen or repack products from warehouse stock.
• Report adjustments to inventory, spoilage, damage, location changes, and OOS.
• Transport product using electric pallet jack throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain performance standards for speed, accuracy, and safety with minimal damage.
• Follow HACCP and SQF policies; perform other duties as assigned.
