The Restaurant Store is hiring an Overnight Order Picker to support the Order Fulfillment Manager in our Reading, PA branch. You will pick, consolidate, slot, and complete all order fulfillment tasks aligned with sales, inventory, and merchandising goals.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail or supply chain experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Office. You will operate pallet jacks and other equipment, maintain a clean area, and communicate issues clearly

Qualifications

Must have 1 year of relevant retail or supply chain experience.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems; ability to use project management tools.

Responsibilities

Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
Complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with branch operational goals.
Meet or exceed company-defined efficiency and accuracy metrics.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area.
Communicate discrepancies, order status or issues effectively with Order Fulfillment Manager.

Job Summary

The Overnight Order Picker with The Restaurant Store is responsible for supporting the Order Fulfillment Manager in all aspects of the customer order process within a retail branch location. The Overnight Order Picker will fulfill customer orders by accurately picking, consolidating, slotting, and completing all functions related to order fulfillment in alignment with the goals of our sales, order fulfillment, inventory and merchandising teams

Physical Requirements

Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
