ABM is seeking an Overnight Operations Manager to lead day-to-day facility services for an Aviation account. You will manage people, processes, budgets and vendor relationships to deliver safe, cost-effective operations while meeting safety expectations and client goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, weekend coverage, and a focus on continuous improvement and accountability across operations, maintenance and service delivery.

Job description

The Overnight Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of facility services within an assigned Aviation account. This position provides leadership and oversight for day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, janitorial services, building systems, vendors, employees, and service delivery. The Overnight Operations Manager serves as a primary point of contact between ABM, the client, employees, contractors, and service providers, ensuring that contractual requirements, operational standards, safety expectations, and customer objectives are consistently achieved. The role requires a hands-on operational leader who can manage people, processes, budgets, vendors, and customer relationships while driving continuous improvement and accountability.

Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (weekend availability required)

Compensation: $80,000 annual salary (US Dollars)
