Job summary

ABM Industries seeks an Overnight Operations Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of facility services for an aviation account. You will oversee maintenance, janitorial, building systems, and vendor management while ensuring contractual and safety standards are met.

This hands-on leader will manage people, processes, budgets, and customer relationships, driving continuous improvement and accountability across shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, including weekend

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities operations and managing day-to-day service delivery.
• Ability to supervise shift-based teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for an Aviation account.
• Lead and coach front-line employees; manage schedules and staffing levels.
• Coordinate with client, ABM, vendors and service providers to meet contractual requirements.
• Conduct safety and quality audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze budgets, workflows and performance to drive continuous improvement.
