Job summary

Kellanova in Grand Rapids is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead overnight manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will supervise hourly employees and ensure production and logistics plans are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

This role requires confident leadership and real‑time decision making on the 2:15 PM–11:00 PM shift. Regular weekend work is required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with substantial leadership and supervisory experience
Experience managing safety and/or quality programs in a manufacturing environment
Ability to manage multiple competing demands during overnight shifts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Overnight Shift Leadership – Lead all activities on 3rd shift, ensuring production and warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
Employee & Plant Support – Supervise, coach, and support hourly employees while fostering accountability, teamwork, and consistent execution during overnight operations.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance – Participate in the development and execution of plans and policies that ensure compliance across safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Safety & Food Safety Leadership – Champion people safety and food safety by modeling values and reinforcing safe work practices on every shift.
Operational Flexibility – Adapt to changing priorities, staffing needs, and production challenges common to overnight manufacturing environments.
