Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks an Overnight Associate to keep both front of house and back of house stocked, neat, and safe for guests. The role requires executing policies on inventory, replenishment, quality, and food safety while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising and adapting to a fast-paced store environment, with weekend and holiday availability for overnight shifts and potential overtime. Immediate openings are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• 8+ months of merchandising, stocking or warehouse experience
• Willing to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and peers
• Ability to follow safety, quality and loss prevention procedures

Responsibilities

• Ensure both front of house and back of house areas are stocked and organized
• Execute established policies relating to inventory, replenishment and food safety
• Provide a positive guest experience and drive daily sales and metrics
• Work overnight hours with flexibility for weekends and holidays
