Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, active and unrestricted state license.
• LPN with strong work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review post offer medical history and refer as needed.
• Administer drug and alcohol testing per policy.
• Provide first aid and occupational health care per RN scope.
• Maintain OSHA and workers’ compensation records.
• Collaborate with workers’ comp teams for claims processing.
• Use an EMR to document injuries and case management.
