Job summary

UHS's HRI Hospital in Brookline, MA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for a full-time overnight role (36 hours/week). The position leads clinical operations on the 11pm–7am shift with a rotating weekend schedule, within a 66-bed psychiatric facility.

You will collaborate with nursing management to ensure safe, evidence-based care around the clock, manage staff and census, and maintain a therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
• Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
• Provide milieu management
