Job summary

HRI Hospital in Brookline, MA seeks a Nursing Supervisor for overnight, evening, and weekend shifts. You will lead nursing operations, coordinate care with the management team, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for an adult inpatient population within a 66-bed facility near Boston University.

Qualifications

• Must hold Massachusetts RN license and BSN is required.
• Minimum 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in inpatient behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital.
• Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership and cohesive 24/7 nursing plans.
• Manage staff and census to ensure clinically sound care.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Provide milieu management.
