Avenues Recovery Center in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced overnight nurse (RN or LPN) for our detox and residential facility. You will complete comprehensive admissions assessments, perform all nursing shift duties, manage medications, and coordinate with medical and clinical teams to ensure seamless care.

The ideal candidate holds current Indiana RN or LPN licensure with 1 year in the treatment industry, strong critical thinking, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN or LPN licensure in Indiana.
• 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent collaborative, multitasking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive medical assessment for each client upon admission.
• Perform all nursing shift duties (screening, vitals, scheduling appt.s and labs, updating charts).
• Address pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations; dispense meds and maintain med logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Ensure impeccable medical documentation, chart review, and medication logging for each client.

Now Hiring Nurses for the Overnight Shift (6p - 6a) for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Indianapolis, IN.

What You'll Do

• Complete comprehensive medical assessment for each client upon admission
