Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne is hiring night-shift Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) (6pm–6am) to provide high-quality medical care to clients across admission, treatment and discharge. You will dispense medications, log meds, and coordinate with medical and clerical teams to ensure seamless care.

Now hiring Nurses for the Night Shift (6pm - 6am)!

What You'll Do

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year diploma program post - high school
• Current RN or LPN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask
• Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles
