Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Aurora, CO is hiring LPNs for our detox and residential treatment facility. This full-time overnight position runs 7pm–7am, weekends, with Friday–Sunday coverage.

You will perform medical assessments at admission, nursing duties, dispense meds, coordinate care, and ensure documentation. Requirements include CO LPN license, high school diploma, 1 year post-high school diploma, and 1 year experience preferred. Benefits include 401K, health and dental insurance, and more.

Current, valid LPN licensure in CO.

Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive medical assessments at admission.
Perform nursing shift duties: screening, vitals, scheduling labs and appointments.
Address pharmacy needs, dispense meds, maintain med logs.
Collaborate with medical, clinical, UR teams for coordinated care.
Ensure thorough medical documentation and medication logging.

Now Hiring LPNs for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Aurora, CO!

Shifts: Overnight, weekends: 7pm-7am, Friday-Sunday

This is a full time position.

What You'll Do

Complete comprehensive medical assessment for each client upon admission
Perform all nursing shift duties (screening, vitals, scheduling appt.s and labs, updating charts...)
Address pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations; dispense meds and maintain med logs
Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
Ensure impeccable medical documentation, chart review, and medication logging for each client

What We're Looking For

High School diploma/ GED
Minimum one-year diploma program post-high school
Current, valid LPN licensure in CO
1 year experience in treatment industry preferred
Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills
Excellent collaborative, multitasking and time management skills
