Job summary

Quaboag Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Overnight Nurse Supervisor. You’ll provide expert clinical oversight on the night shift, guiding RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver safe, compassionate care to residents.

The role requires current RN or LPN licensure, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to lead a night team in a skilled nursing environment. This position emphasizes resident-centered care and smooth overnight operations.
