Quaboag Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Weekend Nursing Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. You’ll lead weekend operations and support staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care during the 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. shift.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, problem solving, and resident-centered care within a supportive nonprofit CMS five-star facility with weekly payroll and PTO plus 403(b).

Competenze

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
• A commitment to resident-centered care.

Mansioni

• Lead weekend nursing operations and provide clinical support to the nursing team.
