Responsibilities

• Prepares prescriptions by typing labels and obtain Staff Pharmacist approval
• Draws doses into either a syringe or vial
• Performs quality assurance tests on instruments and radiopharmaceuticals per guidelines
• Maintains inventory, restocks, and prepares daily reports
• Assists in labeling blood cell products
• Follows SOPs to organize, prepare and dispense radioactive medications
• Processes customer orders for timely delivery of medications
• Performs billing and assists customers to facilitate operations
