The role requires SOP/gmp adherence, strong documentation, and the ability to work in cleanrooms and high-safety standards. Training will cover operating procedures and quality controls, with focus on inventory management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Education in sciences preferred.
• Lab experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work overnight shift (facility operates at night).
• Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in controlled environment or regulated industry.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Able to follow detailed processing instructions.
• Ability to manage several tasks and exercise sound judgment.
• Frequent lifting 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to operate in sterile environments and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures radioactive isotopes including synthesis setup, hot cell manipulations, and distribution.
• Conducts quality control testing using chromatography, dose calibrator, and HPLC equipment.
• Works in ISO 7 cleanroom to prepare product and customer vials.
• Performs environmental and personnel monitoring in ISO 5/7/8 areas.
• Coordinates daily production run schedule based on customer and pharmacy needs.
• Maintains production and quality records and write reports.
• Manages SAP Inventory including receiving, inspection, and cycle counts.
• Performs daily radiation safety tasks and general lab cleaning.
• Adheres to SOPs and cGMP requirements including GDP.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet production expectations.
• Adapts to process improvements and maintains sterile environment.
• Learns and utilizes technology to support manufacturing processes.
• Manages inventory and materials workflow.
