Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Lab Technician for its GA-Augusta PET facility. The role involves synthesizing radioactive isotopes, conducting QC testing, and maintaining sterile production of vial products in ISO-cleanrooms. You will perform environmental monitoring and uphold rigorous documentation practices.

The position requires high school diploma or equivalent, lab experience, and strong English communication. Overnight night shift is required; sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; science education preferred.
• Lab experience preferred.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to follow SOPs and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures radioactive isotopes, including synthesis setup and hot cell manipulations.
• Performs quality control testing of each batch using GC, dose calibrator, MSA, TLC, HPLC, balance, and hood equipment.
• Works in ISO 7 cleanroom to prepare product and customer vials.
• Maintains production records and documentation with accuracy and integrity.
• Performs daily radiation safety tasks and participates in inventory management in SAP.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and SOP adherence.
