Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and complete the night audit. The role involves guest check-ins/outs, preparing VIP reports, and communicating daily updates to the team.

Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced hotel environment, possess basic computer skills, and be available for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Basic computer skills required; Opera Colleague Advantage and Excel knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk activities overnight and complete the night audit.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs and prepare guest packets and VIP reports.
• Run nightly reports, reset systems, and coordinate daily internal communications.
