Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor for overnight shifts to oversee operations across several stores in the district. You will delegate tasks, mentor team members, and ensure high standards of service and safety while traveling between stores.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading a team to achieve store goals.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).
• Ability to multitask and perform physical activities including standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds; up to 40 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks while maintaining standards.
• Mentor team members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work alongside team members to keep operations smooth.
• Uphold Sheetz Performance Standards and foster a positive culture.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in store operations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
