Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• ARRT (R) registration required.
• ARMRIT registration required (must obtain within 1 year).
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations on patients across age groups.
• Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently to obtain diagnostic-quality images.
• Utilize MRI resources, protocols, and technology to ensure accurate imaging.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients regarding MRI procedures.
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control, and MRI protocols.
• Monitor patients during examinations and respond to needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per regulations.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses and healthcare team members.
• Ensure proper care, maintenance, and quality control of MRI equipment and work areas.
