Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support replenishment and store operations during overnight hours. The role focuses on reducing non-selling tasks for Sales Outfitters so teams can focus on customer service and selling opportunities.

Responsibilities include replenishment, inventory support, price change execution, merchandising, planogram compliance, and OMNI fulfillment during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Two years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general replenishment for multiple departments.
• Support inventory management with on-demand counts and scans.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes with tagging and signage.
• Carry out recovery tasks: folding, repacking, sorting, and re-hanging merchandise.
• Assist visual merchandising: fixtures, signage, end caps, and resets as needed.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines.
• Assist OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
