Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a dedicated associate to support member services at the Onalaska location. You will assist customers, guide them on self-service options, help with purchases, and promote Walmart products and services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding on self-service tech, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products.
• Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, giving feedback, and ensuring policy compliance and open-door policy.
• Receives and stocks supplies, merchandises the floor, and completes required documentation.
• Maintains facility safety, conducts safety sweeps, handles hazardous materials, and reports unsafe situations.
• Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation, signs and prices items, and prevents shrink and damages.
• Monitors product quality, rotation, recalls, and sanitation; coordinates across departments for stock and cleanliness.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, provides guidance, and models adaptability.
• Oversees club pickup order picking and staging.
• Collaborates to implement processes meeting business needs and drives improvements.
• Promotes compliance with policies and ethics and supports Responsible business practices.
