Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team or supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs.
• Guides customers on self-service technology and product selection.
• Assists management with supervision of associates and staffing tasks.
• Maintains sales floor and merchandising, including setup, pricing and inventory.
• Ensures safety and compliance with company policies.
