Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club Peoria location is hiring for a full-time associate role. You will provide member service, assist with self-service technology, and help customers with purchasing decisions on a busy club floor.

You’ll supervise associates, train staff, stock merchandise, maintain safety standards, and support club operations including pick-up orders while upholding Walmart policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Leading a team and supervising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with self-service technology guidance and purchasing decisions.
• Supervise and coach associates, assign duties, and ensure policy compliance.
• Stock and organize merchandise, maintain safety and cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Lead teams, plan shifts, and oversee club pick-up orders.
• Develop processes to meet business needs and collaborate with partners.
• Promote benefits and adhere to ethical standards.
