Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club Easley, SC is seeking a full-time team member to deliver excellent member service, assist with self-service technology, and support purchasing decisions. You will help stock, price, and organize merchandise while maintaining a safe, clean sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues.
• Assists management with supervision of associates, training, scheduling, feedback and evaluating; ensures compliance with policies and Open Door policy.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise; maintains sales floor; conducts safety sweeps; reports unsafe situations and ensures proper merchandising and pricing.
