Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Assists management with supervising associates; assigns duties; trains employees; provides direction on member service approaches; ensures policy compliance; participates in scheduling, hiring, coaching, and evaluating staff.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise; maintains sales floor; processes paperwork and logs according to policy.
• Maintains facility safety with safety sweeps; forklift procedures; handling hazardous materials; reports unsafe situations to management.
• Maintains merchandising and product displays; signs and prices items; manages returns, shrink, and damaged goods; ensures proper zoning and presentation.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, communicates goals, and supports change; oversees club pickup order processing and staging.
• Develops and implements processes with managers and partners; analyzes information and drives improvements; supports ethical compliance and Open Door Policy.
