Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations during overnight hours. You will perform replenishment, price changes, display resets, and recovery tasks to keep departments ready for customers and ads.

You will work across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Apparel, Footwear and Gifts, execute planograms, assist with omni fulfillment during peak times, and communicate with leadership on stock and merchandising needs. Regular lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory across departments and perform price changes.
• Support planogram execution and visual merchandising updates.
• Perform recovery tasks: folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Support omni fulfillment during peak business hours.
