Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support overnight operations, focusing on non-selling tasks to enable efficient completion of tasks and provide legendary customer service. Responsibilities include replenishment, planogram execution, and backup for OMNI fulfillment during peak periods.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least two years of experience, with ability to work overnight shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas.
• Supports inventory management with counts and display integrity.
• Performs price change execution including tagging and signage.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments (folding, repackaging, sorting).
• Supports visual merchandising and planogram execution for departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
