The Norfolk Regional Center (NRC), operated by Health & Human Services - Agency 25, seeks a Team Leader to guide patient care, staff development, and unit operations. You will supervise Mental Health Specialists and collaborate with the RN Unit Supervisor to meet unit goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training in human services, social/behavioral sciences, mental health care or related field OR experience providing direct care services to patients with mental illness or other disability.
• Experience leading, coordinating, directing, monitoring and/or supervising others.
