Sandstone Care is seeking a Mental Health Nurse (RN or LPN) for our Boulder-area residential program. This full-time role covers overnight shifts and involves direct medical care, medication management, and crisis intervention in a collaborative care setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active Colorado RN/LPN license, excels in de-escalation, and can manage medical complexities for clients navigating mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Valid RN or LPN license in good standing in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including vital signs, symptom management and withdrawal monitoring.
• Administer medications as prescribed and educate clients on usage.
