• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (human services).
• Minimum age 21.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record checks.
• Pass DHS background check.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.
• Willingness to meet cultural needs.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in following daily schedules including therapy and appointments.
• Promote personal hygiene and clean living spaces; act as a positive role model.
• Lead or assist group sessions and help develop behavior plans.
• Welcome clients in crisis with empathy and professionalism; provide good customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety; report concerns to supervisors.
