Nexus Family Healing is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals for the Southeast Regional Crisis Center (SERCC) in Rochester, MN. You will support clients with daily living activities and reinforce the therapeutic treatment plan in a compassionate, respectful manner.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and cultural sensitivity, with a 20-hour workweek, first shift 7am-3:30pm, at the Rochester site. A diploma or degree in behavioral sciences is preferred, with licensing and background

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in human services or related field.
• 21 years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Must pass DHS background check and meet regulatory criteria.
• Ability to engage diverse communities with sensitivity and respect.
• Qualifications align with MN Statutes 245.462 requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients according to the therapeutic treatment plan.
• Assist with daily living activities and scheduled therapy.
• Promote inclusivity and professional conduct with clients.
• Document interventions and report safety concerns to supervisors.
• Provide front desk and administrative support as needed.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree preferred (human services)

21+ years of age

Valid driver's license

DHS background check

Build relationships with diverse individuals

Open to meeting cultural needs

30+ college credits + 2000 hours supervised

4000 hours supervised experience

Currently enrolled in behavioral sciences graduate program

Bachelor's or Master's in behavioral sciences + practicum
