Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Network is seeking a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker for the Birch Tree Center, working full-time overnight (10pm–8am). All positions include every-other-weekend work. A $500 sign-on bonus and a $2 overnight differential are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possesses required postsecondary education in behavioral sciences or related qualification.
• Fluency or cultural competence relevant to client population.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervise clients in a safe, clean living environment.
• Assist with meals, training, and daily activities to promote self-worth.
• Supervise medications and coordinate healthcare appointments per providers.
• Support clients in managing personal funds and completing forms.
• Offer positive, supportive communication and engage in recreational activities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Postsecondary education in behavioral sciences (2 years or AA)

Cultural competence / fluent in non-English language
