The Stilley House — Senior Living by Allegro — in Benton, KY is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Overnight Resident Assistant to support Memory Care residents during the night. You will provide direct care, help with daily routines, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a caring presence on night shifts. CNA/PCA credentials and CPR/First Aid are important, with opportunities for growth and benefits

Formación

• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• CNA certification preferred; PCA may be accepted in some states.
• Must meet state certification and licensure requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Respond to emergency calls and requests for assistance.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisors.
