Southern Pines Senior Living – Thomasville, GA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an overnight Memory Care position (7PM–7AM). You will provide hands‑on nursing care and medication management for residents living with dementia, in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.

The role emphasizes assessments, care plan implementation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high‑quality resident care while maintaining dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia.
• Experience in memory care or senior living preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to Memory Care and Assisted Living residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and care records.
• Support caregivers and promote a safe, respectful environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure wellbeing.
