POSITION SUMMARY

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a key member of the clinical team and provides nursing care and medication management to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs.

In this role, you will support resident health and wellbeing through assessments, care plan implementation, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high‑quality resident care.
