Job summary

Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for overnight shifts (7PM-7AM) to support residents with Alzheimer’s care in a compassionate, secure environment that promotes dignity and independence.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN license and CPR certification, with a passion for caring for others. You will build relationships with residents, guide RA/CNA staff, monitor health, and assist with medications while enjoying comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• 18 years of age or older and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and guide RA and CNA staff.
• Provide resident care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
• Prioritize resident safety in daily tasks.
• Continually assess, record, and document resident health and concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
