Compass Senior Living in Oklahoma is seeking an Overnight Medication Technician (Certified) to ensure safe medication delivery and support residents according to the Growth and Wellness plan. You will lead Care Partners on your shift and collaborate with the RCC and Administrator on scheduling.

This role emphasizes compassionate service, teamwork, and adherence to state regulations. You will pass medications, provide training, and help interview and orient new staff, while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Pass medication and assist with self-administration per state law.
• Lead Care Partners on the shift.
• Coach team members to be their best in collaboration with the Administrator.
• Interview and orient new staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pass medication and assist with self-administration as required by state law.
