Job Responsibilities

• Accurately administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with physician instructions and established protocols.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date medication records, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
• Monitor residents for potential side effects and report any adverse reactions promptly to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed during the overnight shift.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, responding promptly to any emergencies.
• Support the nursing team by performing additional tasks as necessary under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members to deliver excellent care and service.
