Job summary

Havelock Manor in Lincoln, NE is seeking a 40-Hour Medication Aide for overnight shifts. You will administer medications safely, document care, assist with ADLs, and respond to call lights in a small 25-bed assisted living setting.

The ideal candidate holds a current 40-Hour Medication Aide certification, has reliable attendance, and is detail-oriented. Starting pay is $18.00+ per hour with additional overnight and weekend differentials and sign-on bonuses for new hires.

• Must be a current 40‑Hour Medication Aide with active certification.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Strong attention to medication safety and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately administer medications.
• Maintain complete medication and care documentation.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and respond to call lights.
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate resident information to the oncoming shift and work with team.
