The role supports daily living while protecting dignity, building connections with residents and families, and contributing to a positive, EPIC culture. Prior Nebraska 40-hour certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska 40-hour Medication Aide certification required.
• Clear and professional communication with residents and team members.
• Follow medication procedures accurately and maintain documentation.
• Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.
• Genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.
• Availability to work assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and care plans.
• Document medication administration clearly and accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living while preserving dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Contribute to a positive environment with compassion and patience.
