Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Overnight PRN Medical Assistant or EMT to support overnight clinical research studies at a centralized Kansas facility. You will monitor pediatric and adult participants, collect basic specimens, document observations, and collaborate with a PRN RN and the clinical team. This contract-to-hire role is onsite in Fairway, KS.

Shifts begin late evening, generally 10:00 p.m. and run about 8 hours.

Qualifications

• Overnight PRN shifts required and night-time presence.
• Direct patient care experience in a clinical/research setting preferred.
• Ability to monitor pediatric and adult participants and document observations.

Responsibilities

• Attend overnight PRN shifts starting late evening and provide continuous support.
• Monitor pediatric and adult participants per protocol and ensure safety.
• Perform basic medical assisting tasks and specimen collection as directed.
• Document observations accurately in study records and systems.
• Collaborate with PRN RN and clinical staff to support overnight protocols.
