Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting with medication administration following community policies.
• Accurately documenting medication assistance and resident observations.
• Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns.
• Providing reassurance, safety checks, and resident support overnight.
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized medication cart and work area.
• Following safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
